We will treat your neighborhood with respect.
CHE understands the importance of respect within your neighborhood, and we go out of the way to keep inconveniences to a minimum. Before we begin work on your project, we'll notify your neighbors we're on the way. This gives your neighbors a direct contact who can address any possible questions or concerns, which decreases the chance questions will be directed to you.
When we contact your neighbors, we make a number of commitments:
- Quiet Time — We respect the need for peace and quiet when you and your neighbors are resting or relaxing at home. No sawing, hammering or other loud construction activities before 8:00AM or after 7:30PM, and no loud radios throughout the day.
- A Clean Team — Our installers will continually clean up as the project progresses to eliminate debris from the job site and surrounding area.
- Courtesy Always — If you or your neighbors have a question or request of our team, please know that each of you will be treated with respect and courtesy.
- Prompt Attention — Should you feel that we are failing to adhere to our Good Neighbor Policy, please call us immediately and we will correct the situation. You can reach us at (919) 231-7433 for prompt attention.
